Our accommodation comprises of two luxury converted barns, Fenns & Foggs’ Barn. Both sleep 7, they can be booked together and this allows all 14 guests to be able to come together and enjoying an evening around the large dining table in Foggs’ Barn.
Additionally, Wills Barn is a cosy glamping barn surrounded by fields that sleeps 6; and our traditional camping barn, Waterslacks, which is perched on the edge of the Manifold Valley, and which accommodates 15. All properties are set within our working farm, with stunning views of the hills and valleys.

Dalemore Cottage
Dalemore Cottage - A delightful cottage in picturesque village setting. Dalemore Cottage is an attractive stone built cottage overlooking the unusual cobbled ford in Butterton, in the heart of stunning walking and cycling country.
The cottage can accommodate up to 6 adults with 2 bedrooms, 1 King, 1 twin and a full size double sofa bed in the sitting room. There is a wood burner for cosy nights in, and a dinning room that opens on to the brook side terrace for summer evening dinning.
The cottage is set in its own south facing grounds in a tranquil position overlooking open fields, there are numerous spots to sit and relax after a hard days walking listening to Ho Brook as it bubbles past the back terrace.
The garden is on several levels with a narrow bridge over the brook so children do require constant supervision. Prices from £90 -£140 per night.
Dalemore Cottage can be booked in conjunction with Swallow Barn which is 200-300 meters across the Ford.
Swallow Barn
Swallow Barn is a cosy one bedroomed converted stone barn situated in our yard set well back from the road, with plenty of off road parking, it is very tranquil with lots of bird life and you can hear owls most nights. There is a lovely view of the village of Butterton and with a short walk up the paddock behind the property a view across the hills of the Manifold Valley. Prices from £60 - £100 per night.
